Sandwiches are made on Borealis Breads, Maine’s only commercial bakery offering organic bread made using flour milled in Maine from grains harvested in the state. We use only quality, fresh meats that are delivered to us regularly. Our salads are always garden fresh and generous using quality ingredients. The soups are hot and hearty…vegetarian, gluten-free are some of the daily offerings that are always changing. And the Mac & Cheese, Chicken Pot Pie, Spanakopita and Quiche will warm you up on a chilly winter day. Some of our signature offerings include nutburgers, Philly cheese steak, homemade chicken salad, veggie melts, clubs, tuna melts, Greek salads, Spinach salads. Soups….Always hot. Always hearty.
