"His passion of the industry and interest in helping independent musicians gain a foothold in the door with playing time on stations like this remind me of the early days of rock & roll and folk music where it was a challenge for these musicians to get airtime. We are excited about being part of this movement with a person like Steve. We invite you to tune in." Steve will be featuring the music of many nationally known artists as well as exposing the audience to the local scene here in Downeast Maine. We invite you to stop by and meet Steve Broschat who is setup right in the cafe. If you are a musician stop in and bring a demo along. If it fits into the scheme he'll play it for you giving you exposure through Indielife Radio.com and affiliated network channels. Call ins and Video Chat are available at mainebrain.net. Steve's background is grounded in hanging out as a kid with his Dad who was one of the original ham radio operators. He was a Ham Extra Class guy whose interest inspired Steve to take communications on as a hobby, eventually manifesting the interest to computer, broadband radio. One of the true Indie Guys Steve, like his father, is on the frontier of the scene. Always great tunes on this broadband station. Enjoy the show!
